Ihe court was opened tbis morning in ie u<ual manner, when his Honor said it was the second lime he had the pleasure of congratulating e Jtiiors on the event of there being no case for'trial, which spoke well for the character of the people of this part of New Zealand. The couit was then ads journed to ten o’clock on Wednesday (this day)for the trial of civil cases. '
