I have it in command from the Governor to acquaint you that His Excellency highly approves the arrangement concluded by that Gentleman and the successful conduct of this affair regarding which there has been so much discussion and negociation. I am further to return to you herewith approved by His Excellency in this Instance the bill for travelling and native allowances for the above officer amounting to £6.10.6.
