Poverty Bay 26th. May 1873. Dear Sir, I am particularly attentive to Waikato News but am as yet unable to judge what the result will be. If a coup de main is meditated you can rely upon unlimited assistance from this district. Very anxious enquiry is made of what chance there is of going to Waikato. Karaitiana has arrived here. Henare Koura is expected and will doubtless find a good field for their philanthropy. I have the honor to be Dear Sir, Your devoted servant, T.W. Porter. Adjt.
