Will you kindly manage this, or get Mr.Hunter to get it for me - I hope you will succeed in getting the C.D.F. located at Poverty Bay Haultain chooses always to declare that no promise was ever made to them. Ask for the correspondence, you will find a Memo. from Richmond to the effect that he did promise it. I hope you will be sworn a Privy Councillor -or Executive - or whatever it is called.
