HAMILTON BOROUGH COUNCIL.

The amount of gas consumed was 3600 ft. there were 51 consumors, and the water used averV aged 15 gallons per head per day. As regards fire appliances, he suggested that the hose and nozzles be got at once. when the fire brigade was formed they would find they bad as good a head of water as any ol the boroughs outside of Auckland to fight a fire. 8
