A DECISION REVERSED.
BERLIN, February 8 The Military Court of Honour, with the Kaiser's approval, deprived Colonel Galake of hi, title and his uniform, for an article on ti,e Servian regicides, justifying the military under certain circumstances fur considering their country's before their sovereigns luterest, but the Civil Court quashed the decision.
