GREAT EXCITEMENT IN INDIA. LONDON, September 8. [reuter's telegrams. I The emotion throughout India caused by the massacre of Major Cavagnari and the British Embassy at Cabul is intense. The dismantling of Cabul is demanded. The Viceroy is taking prompt and decisive measures to punish, the Aighans for their treachery.
