All trade transactions have continued remarkably quiet, and, with the exception of flour, which is reported easier, quotations remain as given in our last report. Flour rules Bince the arrival of the Omeo yesterday afternoon, at £39 to £30 for best brands. Good samples of New Zealand grown potatoes are offered at £3 ; Tasmanlan, £9 to £10; bacon, for sides, Is Id ; butter, Is 2d to Is 3d. A parcel of excellent butter (old) was offered on Monday at Is Id, but we have not learned whether it has yet changed hands. Oats remain firm at previous quotations, but are likely to advance. Very little bran is offering, but the demand being small, no inconvenience is experienced.
