Earley , privates of the 1 4th Regiment, charged on suspicion of felony in stealing a watch — were discharged. Thomas Cheverton a comrade of Carter and Earley 'a was remanded on the same charge. Monday, 20th Apart,. Conrad Deihl v Job Mabey— Debt £4 9s 6d ; amount and costs, paid into Court. Conrad Deihl vJ. H. Capper — Debt .£3 4a 6d ; judgment exparte for amount and costs 7s. David Anderson v John Wilson— Debt £3 16s 3d; settled out of Court. H. W. Chapman v J, Wilson— Debt £3 Us; amount and costs paid into Court. Capt. Leys v J. H. Homer — A claim of 4*15 153 for hay supplied to defender's horses on board the brig Tyra, in a passage from Otago to Wellington ; judgment for £10 10s and costs 15s.
