Received April 6, 5.41 ajn. PARIS, April 5. Colonel Paty dv Clam informed the Court of Cassation that lie prepared a summary of the secret documents communicated to the Court-martial ten years ago behind Dreyfus's back.
M. Bandotiin, Prosecutor-General, demanded the production of the summary, which is understood to contain marginal notes. Dv Clam asked for delay in order to obtain General Mercier's consent. M. Bandotiin said he would prosecute both for detaining a State document. The summary was then produced.
