The Caversham Licensing Committed gave effect to their decision of last year and refused the license for the Commercial Hotel, but granted a fortnights adjournment. An application for a botllo license was also adjourned. The Chairman referred to a house being lighted alter hours, warned licensees that the Committeo wou'd strictly administer the Act.
