WELLINGTON.
June 10. Mr Sawers, Chief Dairy Instructor, leaves in a week or so for the Taranaki district in connection with the establishment by private enterprise of travelling dairy factories at Otakeho, Elthani, and Hawera. Mr Sawors is olwnya ready to draw up plans free of charge for persons embarking in thoae ventures and to suporrias the erection of factories.
