Baron yon Kuhlmann (German Foreign Minister), speaking in tho Reichstag), said that Lord Lansdowne',s letter may be regarded as a sign that moderation .is beginning to gain ground in England.
The Anglo-French Governments had suppressed peace aspirations, while Germany had supported them, continued yon Kuhlmann.
