This reached Messrs Kirkpatrick & Co., of Nelson, and they went to work in a very practical fashion to prove that the jama manufactured by the firm were of the Beat quality. Two cages of assorted jams were sent to this office, with a request that we would thoroughly test the jam along with other brands, and give our opinion.
