THE WEATHER.
(Per Press Association.)
WELLINGTON, May 6
Atmospheric pressure is high over the Dominion, but a disturbance has been located to th.2 eastward. Heavy seas are reported at places along the East Coast, with cold and squally conditions at times, but fair to cloudy weather rules elsewhere. Present indications are for strong southerly winds, giving place shortly to variable westerly breezes with cool and changeable conditions. The barometer is unsteady, and probably falling low in the south towards the latter part of the week.
