WAR SAVINGS CERTIFICATES.

MELBOURNE, May 6
The Federal Government is issuing tw6 series of war savings certificates, bearing compound interest at £5 3s. per cent. One, purchasable for 15/6, may be redeemed at the end of five years^. The other, costing 12/-, may be redeemed at the end of ten years for £1.
