A DIVORCE CASE. (United Press Association. —Copyright.) LONDON, July 14. John Hissey, a barrister, is suing for a divorce from his wife, an actress rained Queeniie Mersill. Albert Whelaiij an Australian music-di<a<ll artist, is the corespondent. Hisseyin his evidence stated that, he went tlirough a fortune of £30,000 and his wife then claimed the right to frequent night clubs with other men, and. one day she threw herself on tho floor and confessed misconduct with Whelan (at the Grand Hotel, Birmingham. The case was adjourned.
