Take Notice, fV\IIAT by a Deed of Assignment, bearing J. date the 24th day of April instant, and made between Herbert Gaby and John Ralph Rees, both of Wanganui, Millers and Corn Dealers, of the first part; William Thomas Owen, of Wanganui, Druggist, and Joseph Burnett, of the same place, Confectioner, trustees for the purposes in the said deed mentioned, of the second part; and the several persons whose names shall be thereunto signed and seals affixed, Creditors of the said Herbert Gaby and John Ralph Rees, of the third part; all and every the estate and effects whatsoever of them the said Herbert Gaby and John Ralph Rees were assigned and conveyed to us the said William Thomas Owen and Joseph Burnett, in trust for each and every of the Creditors of them the said Herbert Gaby and John Ralph Rees, who should execute the said Deed of Assignment within two calendar months from the date thereof.
