WILL hold a Public Sale of Land at their Rooms, Victoria Avenue, on Thursday, 16th February Next, at 1 o’clock p.m., at which will be offered, unless previously disposed of by private contract, - That valuable Block of Land in the Upper Rangitikei, containing 375 Acres, more or less (situate in the “ Horse Shoe,” contiguous to Mr. Mcßeth’s Station.) A large portion of which .is fine alluvial soil fit for the Plough, with a plentiful supply of wood and water, and is well adapted for a comfortable Homestead.
