Police v. W. Draper. — Breach of the Town and Country Police Ordinance for riding on the footpath. — Fined, Is and costs.
Same v. J. MaggeHmck, for being drunk and disorderly. — As accused had been in gaol since Saturday night, and nothing was previously known against him, the Magistrate considered he had received sufficient punishment. Same v. T. Campbell, for being drunk and disorderly. — Fined 10s, or 24 hours imprisonment. Cliew Lain v. T. Campbell, for wilfully damaging property. — Kneel 20s, or 48 hours imprisonment.
Stewart M'Comb v. H. Sinnamon. — ' Judgment summons. Not served in time. Fresh summons to issue. James Harris v. J. Patton. — Claim £7 12s. Judgment for the amount, and costs of Court.
