CANTERBURY CENTRE'S INDOOR MEETING. The first indoor athletic meeting under the auspices of .. the Canterbury Centre of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association was held last even- . ing at the King Edward Barracks. | There was a go,od attendance, and the sports, managed by a hard-working staff of officials, were very successful. The ground floor of the barracks made an excellent track, and, though no fast times were put up, the racing wa6 interesting. The Elite Band was in attendance, and played a number of selections throughout the evening.
