The v Czar has appointed Colonel Mm one of his aides-de-camp, though he mercilessly shot down the people in the streets of St Petersburg on October 31, and proposed to burn the Technological Institute with the students inside.
A duchess and two princesses are assisting to sort letters in St Petersburg, and members of the aristocracy act as letter-carriers.
