EMBARKING ON ANOTHER CAMPAIGN. (Received Nov. 19, 10.13 a. m.) LONDON, Nov. 18; Bruiiielß advices state, that De Web ha«^ collected 6000 men, including 1500 Afrikanders, and is about to commence a vigorous offensive campaign in the north of thie Orange River Colony.
