THURSDAY CUP COMPETITION. The match between Sydenhani and the Post and Telegraph, was concluded on Thursday, the latter team winning by ten wickets. For the losers Robertson (28), Bull (15), Brunsden (14), and for the Post and Telegraph Fairbairn (37), Russell (18), and Francis (10) reached double figures. Craig and Patrick (Sydenham), and, Ford and Fairbairn (Post and Telegraph) bawled well for their respective teams. At the close of the 'first innings Post and Telegraph were left to niake 9 runs to win, which were quickly placed on the scorebook by Sigley and M'Donald. Afternoon tea. was provided by Mrs Kates, who was heartily, . cheered for her kindness. ' '
