[Per Press Association.] LONDON, March 29. Mr Chamberlain states that the • Dew rules for governing Norfolk Island apply to the keeping of .alcohol. Under the existing law the importation of spirituous liquors, excepting for medicinal purpose?, ia absolutely prohibited, and there is no reason, he adds, to suppose that the ; sale of liquor is intended under the , new rules.
