WELLINGTON.
[BPECIAL.J Sept. 9. Mr O'Neill addressed tho country district electors at Porirua last night, and re:eived a vote of confidence. The annual meeting of tho Wellington Bacing Club was held last night. The report showed that though the racing la3t year was better than in previous years, the financial result had not been a success. Mr G. Hunter was elected President.
