LONDON.
Feb. 27. The Embassy was received with the utmost courtesy by Sir M. Hicks-Beach, who said that the subject was of great importance, veqtiiring -grave deliberation, It was desirable that the Commissioners should again see him before the matter was submitted to the Imperial Cabinet. Mr Berry, as principal speaker, expressed his satisfaction with the interview. An Exhibition is being arranged to be held at Madras next year. ~ > J[Retjter's Telegrams.]
