Mr. William Thome, M.P., in a speech at Sheffield', -referring x'o his visit to Russia,, said the revolution was a soldiers' revolution. In his mission he learned that a separate peace was drawn up on March It, but the revolution thwarted the scheme. Munitions were deliberately upheld at the instigation of the Romanoffs and Rasputin.
