Ninety-four Arbitrationiste are at work in tihe port "on seven ships, and four more ships will work this afternoon. There is no friction between tihe .specials aud^itri^ers. All save 30 of the 100 members of the Casual Railway Workers' Union signed the declaration demanded by the railway authorities of their willingness to resume work ait once. A meeting *of the union, called to consider the matter was not. held. Slamuel Eiogera was charged at the Court "with agsamlting a steward off the Pa.teena. The cos© was dismissed, the magistrate holding a mistai&e in identity was probable.
