At the Policsi Count Joseph Isaiahs, a tobacconist, was charged under four infoi'mations ol breaches of the Gaming Act by disposing of tickets in Tattersalls. The defence urged that Isaacs was merely the purchaser's agent and no* the -seller's agent.
