POET CHALMERS.—This day.
Arrived : Helen Denny, barque, Capt. Carnell, from Glasgow. She brings 1200 tons of cargo, and 14 passengers. She has had an uneventful passage of 110 days. Also arrived: Alcestis, barque, Captain Norris, 37 days from Mauritius, bringing 535 tons of sugar.
