TO-DAY'S RACES.
For the second day's racing there is lovely weather. The attendance is about the same as on Satnrday. Hobbles—Ariel, 1; Rnveu, 2; All Day, 3. Clyde was made the favorite, and led until the last jump, when he came down, and Ariel, who was handy all through, won by half a dozen lengths from Raven, All Day being a bad third. Time 2mins 56secs. Dividend £4 Bs.
November Handicap.-—Forester, 9st 71b, (Haxtable) 1 ; Lenore, Bat Blb, (McMorran) 2 ; Mont Eose, 6st 31b, (Shaw) 3. Sincerity, Akatea, Weka, and Minnie Palmer also ran. Mont Eose led to the straight, when Forester and Lenore passed him, and a slashing set to took place between the pair, Forester winning by a neck, Mont Hose being a good third. Time 2ming 1 4*sseoß. Dir. £2 13s.
