Scrape^ is 5s dearer ; three-quarter scraped is selling at 945. The remaining stock is 788 eases. The New Zealand hemp market is firmer. Good Wellington is quoted at £15 per ton. The sheepskins market at auction is weak. Merinos have declined 5 percent. ; crossbreds 8£ per cent. Silver, 2s 3 9-16 d. Frozen meat, crossbred wethers and maiden ewes, Canterbury, 3£d ; Dunedin and Southland, 2 13 16d ; North Island, 2 11-16 d. River Plate crossbreds or merino wethers, heavy and light, each. 2±d.
