Beach and Hanlan have signed articles of agreement to row for £500 a side and tho Maine whisky trophy valued at 200 guineas. Tho date on which the match takes place has not yet been fixed. QUARANTINE. Melbourne, Sopt. 20. The Board of Health has decided that all vessels arriving from Tasmania shall be quarantined until a thorough examination of passengers by a health officer has been made, and the passengers found to be healthy.
