Drawings may be inspected, tracings and specifications, forms of tender, and general conditions obtaired on and after Friday, the 23rd day of October, 1874, by payment of three guineas, on application at the City Council Chambers, Queen-street, or at the Town Clerk's offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Dunedin, Wellington, and Chrislchurch.
