DsuflKENNfiss. — liobert Wilson was charged with having being drunk and incapable in Pollea-streec, Shortlaul, on the 10th inst, —t£e pleaded guilty, and' was lined lOj, or, in default, 24 hours' imprisonment. OHiiiNßt on Fire.—John Heady was charged with a breach of section L, part 7, of by-law No 1, .Borough of Thames, by allowing the chimney of the house occupied by him to take fire on the 7th inst. —tie pleaded,, guilty, and was fined 10d and costs.
