Drunkenness. —William Wilkinson, an old offender, was charged with having been drunk and incapable in Owen-street, Grahamstown.—He pleaded guilty. He had been teetotaller since March last. He drank some ginger wine yesterday, thinking it would do him no fiarm, but it took.effect upon him.—He. was fined 10s and costs.
