Dbunonness.—John Williams and John Devine were charged with haviDg been drunk and incapable. The former forfeited bail and the latter appeared, but being then under the influence of liquor he was romanded back to the watchhouse.

Ohihnbt on Fieb.—Oliver A. Rayson was charged with a breach of Section 2, part 7, of By-law No. 1, of Thames Borough, by allowing the chimney of his house in Pollen-street to take fire on the 18th instant. He admitted the offenoe and was fined 10s and costs.
