Co iiplainant claimed that the said claim be adjudged forfeitei, and that he (the complainuQt) receive an order in writing authorizing him to take possession of the, said claim,—Mr Miller asked to have'theease adjourned for a week by consent.— The application was granted. John Kueubon and uthehb \r. Geob&k , Eo.GEBS AND KoiiEHT L]JE, OF HASTINGS. —This was a claim for dissolution of mining partnership. -A similar application was made in this easeuud granted.'
