Mails usually despatched' on Tuesday will close at 7 p.m. on Mon-^ day, 24th inst. AIT receiving boxes will be cleared at 5 p.m. on the 24th inst. There will be no letter-carriers' delivery on the 25th December, but a delivery of town letters (registered as ; well as ordinary) will be made over the counter from 7.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. on 24th inst.
