Any person riding a bicycle, or being tne' driver or" a motor-car, shall if and when and as required by a police constable in uniform stop and give his name, occupation, and address to such constable. 25. Every person riding or in charge of a motor-bicycle when used on any street, private street, or public place, shall comply with the regulations hereinafter set forth, namely:— (1.) He si" all not ride the motorbicycle at any speed greater, than is reasonable having regard to the traffic on the street, private street, or public place, so as to endanger the life or limb of any person, nor in any case at a greater speed than 12 miles an hour. Round or across any corner or intersection ' of a street the speed shall not exceed 6 miles an hour. 81.
