MRS. JAMES, Senr.

Another pioneer settler has passed away, the death being announced of Mrs James, senior, at Collingwood, on Thursday, in her 83rd year. She was the widow of the late Mr John James, senior, who died on March 24th, 1910. Throughout the settlement deceased was known for her kindly disposition and ready assistance given in times of sickness, and bereavement. No person was more respected than she was in th© Collingwood district. She leaves four sons, ©even daughters, about fifty grandchildren, and a dosjen greatgrandchildren.- The sons are Messrs John, Frank, Thomas, and George James. The daughters are Mesdames Stal'lard, Walker, Wigzell, lorns, Doyle,Strange, and Sigley.
