RELAXATION OF EMBARGO. Press Association. WELLINGTON, Mav 20. I The Hon. AV. D. S. McDonald, ActingPresident of the Board of Trade, states that the position regarding the potato market has recently been under consideration, and it has now been decided that applications for permits to export will be considered by the Minister of Customs, provided shipment is made from June 30.
