WHAT THEY SAY: SIR C. A. CAMERON'S OPINION. DUBLIN, January, 1911.—The Raspberry Vinegar manufactured by Messrs Thomson and Co., Dunedin, New Zealand, has the full and pleasant odour of fresh, ripe raspberries; it contains the extremely high proportion of 28.74 per cent, of grape sugar. I have never met a better specimen of Raspberry Vinegar. Messrs Thomson and Co. 's preparation is exceptionally pure, and of first-rate quality. E. GODWIN CLAYTON'S OPINION. LONDON, December, 1910.—Thomson's Raspberry Vinegar was found to be characterised by an especially satisfactory raspberry flavour and the absence of preservatives, colourings, and mineral acids. This Raspberry can be affirmed to be one of the best products of the kind that has been submitted to me. Aniline dye tested for in all cases with negative results; mineral acids, absent; metallic contaminations, absent. Because of its freedom from the exceptionable components just mentioned, as well as from its characteristics generally, Messrs Thomson and Co.'s Raspberry Vinegar is of the first quality, and comes into the category of the highest class of such products. SIR C. A. CAMERON'S OPINION. DUBLIN, January, 1911.—1 have examined the Lime Juice Cordial manufactured by Messrs Thomson and Co., Dunedin, New Zealand. This article contained the high proportion of 65.08 per cent, of extract, with all the characteristics of genuine Lime Juice of the very best. This preparation is absolutely pure. E. GODWIN CLAYTON'S OPINION. LONDON, December, 1910. —Thomson's Lime Juice Cordial was notable for the distinctive and strongly-marked flavour of the limes, and for its freedom from extraneous constituents. It must be pronounced an excellent preparation. From its characteristics generally, and because of its freedom from exceptionable components, Messrs Thomson and Co.'s Lime Juice Cordial is of the first quality. SIRC. A. CAMERON'S OPINION. DUBLIN, January, 1911.—1 have examined the Ginger. Wine manufactured by Messrs Thomson and Co., Dunedin, New Zealand. This liquid yielded by evaporation the large amount of 22.12 per eent. of extract of the nature of Genuine Green Ginger Wine. It an extremely good quality beverage, This preparation is of first-rate quality. E. GODWIN CLAYTON'S OPINION. LONDON, December, 1910.—Thomson's Green Ginger Wine, like the other samples analysed, was notably pure and free from adulterants, colouring matters,, added acids, and the like. Because of its freedom from the exceptionable components! just mentioned, as well, as from its characteristics Messrs Thomson and Co.'s Ginger Wine comes into the category of the highest class of such products. 25 SPECIAL GOLD MEDALS IN OPEN COMPETITION AGAINST THE , WORLD.
