'When ho went for it some time after- | wards he found it missing, and, on search being made, the coat and revolver sheath were found in a lavatory. It was subsequently discovered that Campbell had sold the revolver for five I shillings at a second-hand shop at Lytjteltou.
Accused admitted his guilt, and was fined 40/-, .in addition to the cost of redeeming the revolver.
