OUTBREAKS IN MELBOURNE. SOME SUSPICIOUS FEATURES. By Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright. MELBOURNE, November 22. A few -hours after Warburton's lire, another outbreak occurred in Schwartz's clothing factory in Higson Lane. Two buildings were gutted and three others damaged. Three firemen were injured. Each of the buildings in which the fires, broke out contained a German tenant, and large quantities of German goods, which since the war have been practically unsaleable. (Received November 23, 9.15 a.m.) MELBOURNE, November 23. Two more fires have occurred in the premises of Stone's boot factory, and Price and Griffiths, merchants. The total damage of these and Schwartz's fires is estimated at over £BO,OOO.
