BLOCK OF BUILDINGS BURNED. By Cable. — Press Association. — Copyright. (Received November 21, 9 a.m.) MELBOURNE, November 21. A fire gutted the Warburton buildings in Bottrke Street. The damage is estimated at £20,000. (Received November 21, 10.30 a.m.) Warburton and Franki were the principal losers by the fire. The estimated losses amount, to £IO,OOO.
