GERMANS INFECTING CATTLE. CANADIAN GOVERNMENT ALERT. "Times" and "Sydney Sun" Services. (Received November 17, 8 a.m.) LONDON, November 16. The Canadian Government has been informed of an outbreak of foot and mouth disease in the United States, the work of German sympathisers, in order to block the food supply of Britain. The Canadian Government is exercising the utmost vigilance in order to prevent the possibility of an outbreak.
