ST. PETEBS v. PAPARUA. A match was played on Saturday between St Peters and Paparua, in the Riccarton aubdistricts competition, on the St. Peters Courts, Paparua winning by nine games. The following are the results {Paparua names given first) : MEN'S SINGLES. Gallagher beat Brake, Truman beat Wrather, Bowbyes lost to Clark, Joyce beat Walker. LADIES' SINGLES. Miss Bryden lost to Miss Moore, Miss Joyce beat Miss Chisnall, Miss Earnshaw lost to Miss Murison, Mrs Spicer lost to Miss . Brake. LADIES* DOUBLES. Misses Bryden and Joyce beat Misses . Moore and Chisnall, Miss Earnshaw and Mrs Spicer lost to Misses Murison and Brake. MIXED DOUBLES. Gallagher and Miss Bryden beat Brake and Miss Moore, Truman and Miss Joyce beat ! Wrather and Miss Chisnall, Bowbyes and Miss Earnshaw lost to Clark and Miss Murison, Joyce and Mrs Spicer beat Walker and Miss Brake. Totals: Paparua 96, St. Peters 87.
