PARIS, November 15.
A message from Madagascar states that the Kohigsburg demanded the surrender of Majuuoa, The commander replied that he;held twenty Germans as Postages, and one head would fall for each shot the Konigsburg fired. Upon this the Konigsberg disappeared.
